I still can't believe Cayden is already 7 months. I'm already wondering what I should do for his birthday...I'm thinking Elmo. :)

Hair?!

Cayden is my lil baldy. We knew he was bald since the day we had his 4D ultrasound. You see what I'm talking about?!

Bald as can be!!! I am also a believer of the heartburn & hair thing. I had heartburn ONE time while I was pregnant.

Well, Cayden is now 7 months old and his hair still is not growing. I just want to be able to do my sons hair in a super cool way. You know? A baby mohawk or fauxhawk. I wonder when that day will come?! This is all the hair he has, and it's SLOWLY growing. I even tried combing it. Ha Ha. "Oh mom, stop it!"

Frugalista.

I like that new word, lol. While looking on the internet for some cute baby boy onesies I fell in love with one that said, "My mommy's tattoos are better than your mommy's". Only problem?! It was like $22 plus shipping and handling. Maybe if I had a job I would buy it, but I don't. So what did I do? Went to Wal*Mart, bought a pack of white onesies for $8 and some iron on transfers for another $8. And here's my homemade one. What do you think? The picture isn't that good, sorry it's from my cell. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Also, I wanted to buy Cayden a Famous Stars & Straps onesie but could never find one. So what did I do?! Make one! I'm definitely a frugalista.

Now it's on to Cayden's scrapbook that I haven't even started yet...

the club.

The Gilbert Boys & Girls Club will always remain very special to me. I was a club kid at the age of 11, then an LIT by age 14 and then an actual employee by age 17. From the field trips, to skits & talent shows...as well as all the friendships I've made along the way, I was able to grow up.

The club is also the place I met Cayden's dad...12 years ago! Wow, I feel old. One day, Cayden will get the chance to go there. Until then though, he will just be a future member.

Seven Months, already?!

Yesterday Cayden turned 7 months old and I cannot believe how fast the time is going. I did my best to weigh him & see how long he is, however I'm sure they're not as accurate as at the doctor. He weighed 19.4 on our scale & is 29 inches long. Everyone tells me what a big boy I have, but I think he's just the right size. :)

Cayden is now sitting up all by himself. He rolls all over the place and is now doing the army crawl. Pretty soon he'll be crawling for real. I am not ready for that, lol.

Yesterday, Cayden & I made our way out to Queen Creek to visit the Roit Fam. Love hanging out and watching our babes play together. Cayden was so fascinated by their carpet. I think he liked the feel & texture of it. Tylie wanted me to hold both her & Cayden, lol. There's no way I would survive with twins. Speaking of Ty, she just turned a year old & her and Cayden are about the same weight. Ha ha, it's so cute. Me & Tiff agreed they will be boyfriend and girlfriend one day. Talon loved the lil baby as he would call Cayden. Kept giving him hugs.

Lil Munchkins.

Today Cayden & I met with my friend Tiffani and her two lil ones Talon & Tylie. We enjoyed some lunch at Chick-Fil-A then went to Wal*Mart so I could get my lil guy some food. I don't know how she does it with 2 lil ones. She's such a good mommy.

Bam-Bam

I LOVE, love, LOVEEE this cute shirt I bought for Cayden. And how could I not get it for him, it was only $4. Bam-Bam's body & Cayden's big ol' head. Ha Ha.

Growing TOOOOO Fast.

Why does Cayden have to get so big so fast? I just want him to stay the way he is. I loveeee my lil guy being lil. I feel like I'm constantly buying new clothes cus he is growing outta them too fast.

I'm also sad cus he's never been able to wear so many things, including these cute lil booties & shoes. Uhhhh, so bummed about that.

Cousins

Cayden's cousin Maddie came over to visit & play the other night. They are 6 weeks apart and about the same size, she's just thinner. So cute seeing them play together. She didn't want Cayden playing with her toys though, hahaha. Not sharing starts this young?! I never knew that. Lol. Ni night time, babies.
